Scope

This page explains how LumaCall handles information when you use the app. It applies to the app on Google Play and covers the data practices described below.

LumaCall is designed to keep data on your device. The app does not require registration, and the operator does not collect data through the app.

Information collection

LumaCall does not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising data, or diagnostic data for the operator. The app does not use data-collecting SDKs, and AppsFlyer and Meta/Facebook SDKs are absent.

Because there is no server transmission, the app does not send app data to the operator or to third parties through the app.

Local storage

Any data created or saved in LumaCall stays on the device. The app uses local storage only and does not place app data on operator servers.

If you want to remove local data, delete the app. On Android, you can also clear the app’s storage in Android settings.

Third-party services

LumaCall does not rely on third-party services for data collection, analytics, or advertising. No third-party SDKs are used to gather or transmit user data.

Because the app does not connect to outside services for data handling, there is no third-party processing of app data through LumaCall.

Sharing

The operator does not share data collected through the app because the app does not collect data through the operator. LumaCall also does not send app data to advertisers, analytics providers, or other recipients.

Any app-local data remains on your device unless you remove it by deleting the app or clearing app storage on Android.

Retention and deletion

LumaCall keeps app-local data only as long as it remains on your device. There is no operator-side storage to retain or delete.

You can remove local data by deleting the app. On Android, clearing the app’s storage through Android settings also removes app-local data.

Any changes to this page will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
